Hi, I’m Emily. 

I understand exactly what you’re going through because I’ve seen it countless times in my practice. I’m not just a Marriage & Family Therapist (PMH‑C) - I’m a wife and mom to three wonderful daughters, two of them identical twins, and I understand firsthand how overwhelming and unpredictable life can feel.

As much as I love my family, I’ve also learned how vital it is to find balance, navigate the chaos, and take care of myself along the way. Life isn’t perfect, but it’s incredibly rewarding when we create a path that’s right for us.

Over the last 13 years, I’ve supported high-achieving moms wrestling with overwhelming guilt, guided couples who feel increasingly disconnected and unsure how to bridge the gap, and helped families caught in recurring cycles of tension and pain.   • I am licensed to counsel clients in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Illinois. 
    I welcome clients in the Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and greater Pennsylvania area; the Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and greater Ohio area; as well as in Chicago and the greater Illinois area.
